Startups with a presence in Massachusetts or Connecticut can access our supplier referral services free of charge. For companies outside of these states, an annual subscription is required to access these premium services.

The annual subscription provides access to our supplier referral program, which helps connect startups to local, US-based suppliers.

Importantly, all other services, including Introductory Calls, Workshops, and Networking Events, will continue to be offered free of charge. We remain fully committed to supporting your startup’s growth and success across a variety of avenues.

Subscription Details

We’ve made this change to support our growing network and the increasing demand for our Product Development Sessions. The subscription fee is directly related to the labor put into supporting this program and will help FORGE to sustain and enhance the value of these services.

We will be launching this program in out-of-state startups to test out our model and receive feedback before we consider launching the program in-state.

For out-of-state startups, the subscription fee will apply starting August 1st, 2025.

Services & Access

The subscription fee grants access to our supplier referral program, which helps connect startups with suppliers and accelerate product development. All other services such as FORGE Introductory Sessions, Educational Resources, and Networking Events remain free of charge at this time.

You can access information about our Produce Development Session subscription as well as a link to our payment page here.

You will still have access to our free services such as Introductory Calls, Workshops, and Networking Events. However, you will not be eligible to receive supplier referrals.

Subscription & Refund Policy

At FORGE, we strive to provide startups with valuable connections to suppliers and ecosystem partners. However, please note that forming contracts through these connections is not guaranteed. Once a connection is made, FORGE steps out of the process contract facilitation is not provided. As a result, refunds will not be issued based on if a contract is or is not formed.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee
    • If we are unable to make an appropriate connection for you after 3 Product Development Sessions, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if your company has failed to follow up with the connections formed, your company will not be eligible.
  • Subscription Renewal
    • Your subscription will automatically renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date. For cancellations made within 7 days of renewal, refunds will be made in full.
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time, to stop future charges. The startup will maintain the benefits of the subscription for the remainder of the subscription period
  • Subscription details:
    • Subscriptions are made for 1 calendar year from the start date.
    • Subscription allows for up to 5 Product Development Sessions per year

Refunds will be made in full if eligible. Refunds will not be pro-rated.
