FORGE MANUFACTURING MEETUP

The Manufacturing Meetup Group is FORGE’s regular community group for any startups that interface with manufacturing, supply chain, and physical product development. It will provide the opportunity to learn about manufacturing related topics, connect with each other, and share wins and challenges.

This meetup will be led by John Erickson and Micheal Dragonas of FORGE Partner, Product Resources. During this session, we will explore the Release to Manufacturing Documentation (RTM) required to successfully transition into production. Examples of RTM documentation include Bill Of Materials, Part Definition, Assembly Instructions and Testing Procedures. By attending this event, startups will be able to receive high level instruction on best practices for each of these documents as well as better articulate their products unique development needs.

Product Resources is located in Newburyport, MA and specializes in product design, engineered prototype development, and contract manufacturing of technically complex products, medical devices and scientific instrumentation.
