As FORGE’s Senior Program Manager in Connecticut, Aaron works to help CT innovators access local supply chains by facilitating right-fit connections to innovation friendly suppliers. He spent 13 years as a molecular engineer designing and discovering drugs for viral infections and genetic disorders. In 2019, Aaron founded Glow Worm Ideas and engineered VR consumer products. Later, he pivoted the company towards prototyping for other start ups. His work has spanned consumer goods, lasers, biomedical, biotech, automation, show business, and even more industries. Aaron Monikowski is a scientist, engineer, and entrepreneur that likes helping people. In his spare time he forges metal art and hikes.
