Adam works with FORGE to identify and grow strategic collaborations and partnerships – supporting the mission to help startups with physical products from prototype to commercialization and impact at scale.

Adam started his journey with FORGE in 2016 when he led its first expansion into Western MA the FORGE Pioneer Valley office in Springfield. Since this time he has supported the organization by serving as FORGE Western Massachusetts Advisory Council Member, Director of Regional Initiatives, and now Vice President. Adam brings a combined 15+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, product development, and operations experience to the team, working for companies such as Lenox Manufacturing, Chemex Coffee, and most recently, local startup, MachineMetrics.

Creating meaningful connections and building regional networks are Adam’s superpower.In his time with FORGE, he has worked with hundreds of startups and regional manufacturers helping to bridge the gap between innovation and production.  He has also served as a Mentor for the Valley Venture Mentors manufacturing accelerator program and previous Member of the Western Massachusetts Entrepreneurship Committee.

In his free time Adam enjoys date nights with his wife Gina, “Daddy/Daughter Days” with his 9 year old daughter Simone, and golfing with his 29 year old son Aidan. Also, because his father is from Connecticut, he was raised to be a very big New York Yankees fan!
