As FORGE’s Operations Associate, Alisha works to support startups throughout their journey by streamlining FORGE’s operations and ensuring organizational effectiveness. In addition to providing multilateral operational support, she also monitors and tracks data to ensure appropriate infrastructure management at FORGE, and performs industry research. Additionally, Alisha works to support the Executive Director, and takes on other individual projects to make FORGE efficient and successful. 

Alisha is a second-year student at Northeastern University and is majoring in Environmental Studies and Political Science with a concentration in Law and Legal Studies. She is very interested in sustainability, product development, and environmental policy.

In her free time, Alisha can be found going for runs, trying out new cafes, or on the airwaves at Northeastern’s radio station, WRBB!
