As FORGE’s Chief of Staff, Anya provides key support and strategic partnership to the Executive Director to amplify cross-team operations and communications. She provides organizational leadership and support across a variety of areas such as strategic planning, government and foundation relationships, process improvement, company culture, and communication outreach. Day to day, Anya assumes project management and responsibility for projects and relationships, promotes organizational effectiveness and company culture and operations, and serves as a strategic leader and collaborator.

As a graduate of Northeastern University, Anya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Environmental Studies. Prior to joining FORGE, she worked at Indigo Agriculture, a Boston-based unicorn startup, and was a Fellow at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. She is enthusiastic about helping startups localize supply chains, and especially driving forward climate change mitigation through renewable energy, clean technology, and sustainable agriculture.
