As FORGE’s Program Director in Connecticut, Trinell specializes in fostering innovation among state suppliers and manufacturers, especially in physical products. With 15 years of experience, he has a strong background in innovation and strategic planning, including a significant role at Toyota’s Silicon Valley operations. Trinell has also made valuable contributions at Leadbird, raising awareness for finTech and healthcare startups, and at Goodyear’s Innovation Lab, identifying new business opportunities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management. In his leisure time, Trinell enjoys hiking, soccer, and cooking for loved ones.
